Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are bonded and we also have accident and liability insurance coverage to protect your home, our maids and Mayers Cleaning Services in case of an accident. 

What do you mean by satisfaction guaranteed? 
If you are not completely satisfied with any area that we have cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will take care of it properly and free of charge. We also encourage you to fill out the feedback form on our website after every cleaning to help us know how we can serve you better. 

Do I have to be home for the cleaning? 
Whether you are home or not is entirely up to you. If you do choose to not be present, you will have to provide a way for us to enter your home. 

Do I have to provide a key?
Providing a key to your home is completely optional. If you do choose to provide a key, it will be coded and stored in a secure key safe in our office. On the day of your cleaning, the team leader will receive the key in the morning and it will be returned to management by the end of the workday. 

Who will be cleaning my home?
Your home’s care is our highest concern. Every maid on our staff is carefully recruited, interviewed, screened and fully trained before being assigned to a bonded and insured cleaning team. And because we believe in consistency, once a team for your home has been selected, we will do everything possible to ensure that same team visits you each cleaning. 
How many maids will clean my home?
Our teams vary from two to four people, depending on the size and demands of the project. 

Are your maids trained and supervised?
All of our team members are extensively trained and supervised in order to provide you with the high-quality and detailed-oriented cleaning your home deserves. Managers regularly make visits to homes while they are being clean to ensure the quality of the service provided.

How long will it take to clean my home? 
Cleaning time varies based on the size and needs of the location. We ensure that our team will work on the area for as long as necessary to get the job done right. 

How do I know I’ll get high-quality work? 
We strive to be a helpful, productive and caring industry and provide our maids with some of the best pay in the industry. We know that happy people work harder, and achieve the high-quality and detailed-oriented cleaning your home deserves. 

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We will provide all of the necessary equipment and supplies. If you have any specific cleaning product you want our maids to use, please let us know and we will be more than happy to accommodate your request.

What if something is broken during the cleaning?
We know that accidents happen, which is why we carry liability insurance. If something is damaged during our cleaning, a manager will contact the customer and will make every effort to file an insurance claim, repair or replace the item. 

What will it cost to clean my home?
We tailor our services to your individual needs, so our prices vary from home to home. Typically prices are based on the size of your home and how often cleaning services are needed. Our prices are always competitive and we know you’ll experience a better home cleaning service for a lower price with us. 

How do I pay for the cleaning? 
We accept credit cards, personal checks or cash and all payment is due at the time of service. A fee of $25.00 will be applied to all returned checks.

What if my cleaning day falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning happens to fall on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning for another time.
